To RSVP for a meeting, go to the page for that meeting.  For help with finding out what meetings are coming up, take a look at the previous page: "How Do I Found Out About Upcoming Meetings."

Just after the information about the meeting (you may need to scroll down) is an RSVP section listing those members who have already responded.  To the right of this list is a box titled "Reply," with the question "will you attend?" and a pair of radio buttons, "yes" and "no."  We don't provide the option for "maybe" for our regular workshop meetings because of the preparation involved and the limited space.

Click the appropriate button to indicate whether you will be attending.  You can also provide a comment regarding your RSVP, for example: "Anyone else coming to the Cambridge meeting from South Boston?  Can I get a ride?"  Be sure to click the "REPLY" button to post your response.

Remember, if you need to change your RSVP, please do so within 48 hours as a courtesy to the host and to provide another member an opportunity to take your place.
